Many children have linguistic difficulties and by addressing them early and properly, any future problems can be reduced. Even those children who have no language difficulties need language stimulation, not least to facilitate learning. We don’t always think about it, but language is one of the most important tools we have when we learn, socialize with friends and bring ourselves into our everyday lives.
To be able to read it is obvious that we need to know the letters and the letter sounds. But it is with our language ability that we take in and analyze what we read. It is through language that we discuss and reason and thus understand each other. A good linguistic foundation provides good conditions for life.
